Why do I need to clear my cache and hard refresh?
When we release updates to our application, your browser may continue showing you the old version because it has stored previous files (CSS, JavaScript, images) in its cache. This can cause features to break, display incorrectly, or not work as intended. Clearing your cache and performing a hard refresh ensures you're viewing the latest version with all the newest fixes and features.
What's the difference between a regular refresh and a hard refresh?
A regular refresh (F5) may still load some files from your browser's cache. A hard refresh forces your browser to download fresh copies of all files directly from our server, ensuring you have the most up-to-date version.
How do I clear my cache and hard refresh?
Windows Users
Chrome, Edge, Firefox:
- Press
Ctrl + Shift + Deleteto open the Clear Browsing Data dialog - Select "Cached images and files" (you can leave cookies unchecked to stay logged in)
- Choose "All time" from the time range dropdown
- Click "Clear data" or "Clear now"
- After clearing, perform a hard refresh by pressing

How often should I do this?
You should clear your cache and hard refresh whenever we notify you of an update, or if you notice the application behaving unexpectedly after an update announcement.
I've cleared my cache but still see issues. What should I do?
